Error in Launch PgAdmin4 in Pega 8.4 V

Hi ,

May I request your Assistance to resolve my issue ,  I am getting the error while launching the PgAdmin4 in Pega 8.4 V  Personal Edition  .

Are you trying to connect to the Pega Personal Edition DB? If yes then open the pagAdmin4 application and from there add a new server connection.

Yes I am using Pega Personal Edition DB But the issue is while open the PgAdmin4   I am getting the Error   Due to error I am unable to launch the PgAdmin4 Application . 

Also I have share the error screen shot  in above my question!
