Error: The requested resource [/prweb/] is not available

Hello pega community, I just finished pega installation for windows server (Pega 8.6 software), I have followed all the steps from official documentation but when I put url "localhost:8080/prweb" I got this error: " The requested resource [/prweb/] is not available". I have attached the log file "catalina"

I don't see the log file attachment, but I did find this post with the same error that was solved The requested resource [/prweb/] is not available

If that resolution doesn't work for you, please attach the file so others may assist you.
