Good Morning
I made the steps as indicated and still keeps presenting the same error. Is there any way to add or install that reference manually in the computer?
What other option can be done? I thank you for your help.

Hello EliderS5,
When you look at the properties for the pdfViewer you will see that there is a 'Connector' property under the 'PDF' Category. This does not set a value by default but you can choose to set the pdfConnector found in you global container (image attached for reference)
If you have not done this, set the value to your pdfConnector and try again. Please let me know what your results are.

Can to try adding a reference to OpenSpan.Design.dll to your project. You can browse for this DLL in the C:\Program Files(x86)\OpenSpan\OpenSpan Studio for Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 folder
