ERROR: posted transaction id '1e97e911fc614c7958f19fdb395d344c' for frame 'pyWorkPage' DOES NOT match record '67a449fffb7cdc256c216290ebaebc30'
In production environment log when user submit the case to the Medical Management system. We are getting the error message as ERROR: posted transaction id '1e97e911fc614c7958f19fdb395d344c' for frame 'pyWorkPage' DOES NOT match record '67a449fffb7cdc256c21. Please any one can help you to get rid of the error ? ANd why and when we get this kind of error??? please suggest me....

There are hundreds of ways a transaction id error can occur. Does the problem happen every time for the particular command sequence? If it does, then it will be relatively simple to capture the error with Fiddler (available for free on the Web) and make a diagnosis.
If you can capture the error in Fiddler, what I need you to do is:
- Start capturing the Browser session in Fiddler at the point at which you first render the main screen on which you trigger the problem by taking some action.
- When the error occurs, save the Fiddler trace and attach it to this post
- Also include the error message from the PegaRules log file. You may have many of these in the log -- make sure it is the one generated during your actual run, as captured by Fiddler.
With Fiddler and the error message, I can tell you why the error is occurring, and if it is due to a defect in the Pega code, or an error in your application.
