Error logs when "SendSimpleEmail" is used to send a simple email from a function which is not related to a WO.
If we call "SendSimpleEmail" to send a simple email from an activity which is not related to a work object, always it adds an error log as it tries to save a work object. It handles temporary work objects. But it doesn't handle for non work object scenario. Can you please check this?

@Dhanusha TCDRS Can you paste a screenshot of the parameters you are passing to the activity

1)Try providing the email account parameter
2)If the above doesn't work, I think it could be because there is no commit happening. Try adding a commit and verify after the sendEmail. But pls ensure the commit doesn't affect any other functionality in case you are using it

@Dhanusha TCDRS If you don't want to attach it to the case, try setting DoNotAttach param to true in SendSimpleEmail activity. If you are trying to send an email outside the case context, another option is to use the out-of-the-box utility 'SendEmailNotification' from @baseclass.

@Dhanusha TCDRS Even for Non-Work object scenario, can you try executing SendSimpleEmail activity under the context of Work- based page, as some of it's sub-activities refer work page context? You may try something like what is shown in the attached image?

@Dhanusha TCDRS We have recently implemented using same method and its working fine without any issues. The only difference i could see is that we explicitly mentioned the email account name in 'SendSimpleEmail'. Pls try to do that and see, it should work.
