Error on course INTRODUCTION TO PEGA MARKETING

Hi everybody,

I'm studying the INTRODUCTION TO PEGA MARKETING course now. And going throught the testing plan: Exercise: Testing the Offer replacement. After I pushed the button “Create and open”, Pega showed me the next message:

"This record has1Error in1place

Error—Strategy Name cannot be blank"

But there isn’t the error message on course and test scenario. And I can’t proceed with course.

Hello MaksymS4045

I can see from the screenshot that the Identifier field is not populated. Usually, when you type in the short description and tab out or try to configure some other field (example Strategy Results Class), the Identifier field is automatically populated.

I tried to connect to your exercise environment to check what is happening, but it is no longer active.

Can you request a new exercise system and try again?
