Error: The class Data-Admin-Operator-ID is not configured to support locking
Hi,
Error in opening the Case from Email Link for first time.
Getting below Error while opening Case from email link for First time and second time it is working fine.
The class Data-Admin-Operator-ID is not configured to support locking. Status:warn Operator:pgirmajx Node:No ID available

Hello,
Have you tried tracing it? Looks like something is trying to get a lock on a data instance and getting the error message.
On the second attempt the system might be taking a different path and not even try again.
