Hi,

I’m encountering the following error After published a template-custom-component:

Error Code: 401 Message: Could not authenticate this request.

The component is showing up in the ruleset, but it's not appearing in the view/edit mode. When I tried to publish with the same configuration on other Pega cloud Instances in 24 version, it works fine. We have also checked the server firewall restrictions, cleared caches and API's whitelisting but the issue persists. Has anyone faced this issue before or have any insights on how to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
