Encryption on Pega

Hi ,

As per video posted in https://community.pega.com/video-library/pega-731-update-whats-new-security the KMS strategy is available in Pega 7.3.1. onwards .. can we make use of that if i have 7.3 latest version ?

as when i go through the https://community.pega.com/sites/default/files/help_v73/procomhelpmain.htm#engine/database/admin/eng-db-ss-class-encryption-ref.htm?Highlight=encryption there no such mention of the AWS KMS strategy . but same is mentioned in 7.4 version of document .
