Emulator iSeries Access by IBM for AS400 Not able to Interrogate
Hi All,
current client has IBM iaccess as emulator and not attachmate, there is a shortcut they use to access AS400, this shortcut calls a script, the script calls cmd and tells it to execute the exe file and passes as parameter the .hod file.
I have tried different combinations with no results, I have set the Path as the exe file and sending as argument the .hod file with no positive results, everytime I set the .exe file in the Path I get an error "the process openwith.exe failed..." OpenWith.exe is the Targetpath that gets set when selection .exe files.
The current behavior is that the program gets started but the interrogation shows previous message and if we click on to stop waiting the interrogation ends.
Has anyone experimented this issue before? do you have any recommendation on how to make it work without a edp file?

thanks for the help, we were using an Emulator that was not compatible with Robotics. We started using one that has the APIs to interact with Robotics and now it is working as expected. Thanks!
