Email Listener - how to send Service response to people other than sender

Hello,

In the Service Email rule Response tab, I've configured the message header and message content. The listener always sends the response email to the sender only. We need to send email other admin people also along with the sender. Is there any way we can achieve this? Thanks.

I guess you need to do this by configuring activities or process flows (if your service activity is invoking a process flow) and disable the service response tab to implement this.

There is no way you can leverage response tab and send emails to someone else apart from the sender.
