Email Listener - Global resource setting(GRS) is not working for forward unprocessed messages
Hello,
I am working in Pega version 7.4, and trying to use GRS (=PageName.PropertyName) for the field Forwarding email address for unprocessed emails email listener. But it doesn't seem to be working.
In Pega 7.4 help it says, this field supports GRS. But it doesn't.
Also, in this link https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/data-management-and-integration/85/fields-support-global-resource-settings-syntax for email listener, the field "Forwarding email address for unprocessed emails" is not mentioned.
I need to forward unprocessed messages/emails to multiple email ids. Is there any way we can achieve this? since the GRS is not being supported in Email listener.

Hi Team, looking for a solution for this issue.

Create a distribution list in which you add all email IDs you want.
for your email listener it will be a single email address.
It will be hardcoded but you can manage people in it without changing the application itself
