Email Approval not working for a single user
Hi,
I have configured email approval for the users. But for only one user email approval is not working. Whenever he clicks approve button in mail, it asks to send an email and the user sent the mail. But the case is not moving forward based on the decision, it staying in the same step. But for remaining users it was working fine.
Can anyone help me on how to solve this problem?
