Effective Start Date in RuleSet
There is effective start date in RuleSet, but help says it is reserved for future use. Is there a way it can be used or it is not usable at all?

Hi Dyan,
Do not enter a future date in this field. A future date does not prevent the rules in this RuleSet version from being found by rule resolution.

Hi Dyan,
You can use setRuleSets() public API method to establish a cutoff date for rulesets.
boolean setRuleSets(PublicAPI aCaller, int aAction, ClipboardProperty aRefValue,
ClipboardProperty aEffectiveAsOfDate) to establish a cutoff date for ruleset.
Method parameters
aCaller - "executable" element to verify caller may make this request
aAction - one of the UPDATE_* constants
aRefValue - ruleset name or list
aEffectiveAsOfDate - ruleset effective date
It compares effective date of rulesets with aEffectiveAsOfDate variable.
If Effective date of a ruleset is higher than aEffectiveAsOfDate. Then that ruleset(ruleset version) is removed from ruleset stack.
