Dynamically get current filed name and pass to when rule that is defined on filed

Hi,

 

I have a scenario wants to create a when rule and define it on multiple fields, here dynamically need to pass current field value to when, so that i can use only one when.

Can any one help me on this or suggest me if any way i can achive.
