Dynamic Tabbed Layout

I have a requirement here to open work object assignments in new tab in the the user portal. I have successfully achieved this by customizing OOTB "pzStudioContainerTabs" section rule to current application ruleset and adding to portal container.

But I have noticed that Tab group layout is deprecated in version 7.4. Please see "TabbedGroup.PNG" for more info.

As an actions I have converted tab to layout group and tried layout group options. But then system is opening assignment in new window instead. Can someone please clarify how to achieve new dynamic tabs layout in version 7.4?

Hi,

Please check the below article, where using old tab group is suggested to use and in future releases we have plans to replace this with better performing optimized tab structure.
