Dynamic page Interrogation

Hi,

I am developing a POC in which i have to access top 4 news of the google news page and it will shuffle when we refresh page. I am accessing URL and CONTENT of the first news, similarly for 2nd, 3rd and so on... But once i refresh the page the news which was on top moves down and on top position some other news comes. I want to access all the time the top news always but it is not working.

Could anyone please help me how to INTERROGATE so that i should get URL and content and position should not vary and i always get Top 1st news.
