DWA - Opening the multiple cases in the browser without clearing the history
Hi All,
Using the DWA option, Users had been provided a link to open the WO/Case to perform approve and reject actions.
And user did not get an options to open multiple cases/wo without clearing the history.
Everytime user need to clear history and need to login to his email id to perform an action on WO/Case.
Users are not satisfied and willing to clear the history every time to perform an actions on WO/Case.
How to open the multiple cases in the browser without clearing the history?
Any suggestions?

As far as I know, if you just close the browser window and then click the other DWA link then that should open up the case. Why your end users have to clear history again and again? Have you faced any challenge by not clearing history?

Hi Santanu,
If user close the browser window - User will not be able to open multiple cases via DWA without clearing the history.
As an alternative solution, User had been provided a log-off option.
But if the browser is closed, user need to clear the history. It was an expected behavior and request for product enhancement.
Please let us know your opinion on the same.
