Dss variables for < env name="HTTP/SetSecureCookie" value="true" / >

Hi,

We have some scan issues for our application, and I wanted to secure my cookies by adding below entry.

<env name="HTTP/SetSecureCookie" value="true" />

Instead of adding the entry in prconfig.xml file, i wanted to create dynamic system settings for this.

please let me know the owning ruleset and setting puporse values to create the DSS for above entry.
