What are soft rules and hard rules in decision strategy management in Pega ?

Hi Aritra,

Could you please give a bit more context, where did you find Soft or Hard rule mentioned, any help page or Academy lesson or inside Pega Application?

Also mention the version of Pega you are using.

I am using pega 7.2

I cant remember the exact article but i saw this hard rules and soft rules in DSM regarding questions. It was something like "Select the soft rules in DSM from the Following". If i can find the question i ll post it here.

But can anyone please tell if they know anything about hard rules and soft rules in DSM pega
