Drop Downs, Radio Buttons are not working in Pega 8.5.3 Mobile Client 8.6.100
Hi,
We are using Pega Mobile Client for one of our Application which is used on iPad.
Recently we have upgraded our UAT Environment to 8.5.3, i have built the mobile application and when i am testing the app, i see, Dropdowns are not working and also the Radio Buttons.
However checkboxes are working. I tried, copying py-mobile-controls to UI-Kit-7:03-01-01, still that doesn't seem to work. These functionalities are working fine in Dev/QA/Prod, which are on 8.4.3 Mobile Client 8.6.100.

@ArunK858 is it an offline mobile application? If yes then, Drop downs sourced from clipboard pages are not supported using an offline mobile application.
Use a data page to source the drop-down instead of clipboard pages and check.

Hi @TashikaS, Thank you for taking your time and responding. We are Sourcing the drop downs through Data Page (Lookup Table) and not through clipboard.
Same functionality is working fine in Pega 8.4.3, Offline Mobile application in Production/Dev/QA but we have upgraded our UAT to 8.5.3, in which there are quiet a few changes Pega has introduced. So, i doubt this has to do with the product rather than configuration.

@TashikaS Yes, we are using "At Screen Load Behaviour Mode" for dropdowns, but i also tried "After Screen Renders". In both the scenarios, the dropdowns are not working.
Radio buttons are not visible either..

Can you raise a ticket as the same configuration was working previously and not after upgrade.
Mention all the attempted solutions.
