Using the documented guidance and examples in other applications, we set up the report browser to show the specific properties we want in the data explorer column (pyReportEditorProperties). The properties are showing exactly as intended but we cannot add most column to the report. We can drag them to the report area and it show the orange vertical bar to indicate where it will be inserted but when you release the button nothing happens. This is true for all fields whether in the primary class or a page property with the exception of a couple date properties and the Pega specific props (pyID, pyStatusWork, etc) We are working in Pega 8.3 recently upgraded from 7.4.

Attached you can see the first part of the pyReportEditorProperties which defines the first field in the data explorer along with the display in Data explorer which seems to recognize (in the tooltip) the property ID and name. In the tracer, however there are "not a valid field" errors. This property is optimized for the class specified.
