Download of PRPC Personal Edition failing

On request to Pega, I received the download link for 'PegaRULES Process Commander Personal Edition - 7.2.2'.

However, I tried downloading the 4 GB file using Chrome & IE, in both instances the download is getting stuck after about 1 GB.

Tried using download manager but it is unable to recognize the file.

Please help..
