Double Click on Robotics Runtime but nothing happens

Hi,

I have installed Pega Robotics Runtime 8 on a Windows machine. After installation, I have clicked Runtime shortcut created on desktop ("OpenSpan.Runtime.exe") but nothing happens (there is no icons loaded on Taskbar as well). I have installed prerequisite (.NET Framework 4x). Why is this and how can I troubleshoot? Please let me know.

When I tried to change the below boolean in C:\ProgramData\OpenSpan\CommonConfig.xml from true to false, it started to work fine.

I knew RuntimeConfig.xml and StudioConfig.xml but did not know this CommonConfig.xml matters for these behavior. And I do not know this approach above is appropriate. Please let me know if I am missing anything or there are better approaches.
