Dont want re-enter Customer details
Hi All,
Scenario question:
For example, I have created my first work object(WO-1) and entered the customer name and address in customer details section.
similarly, I have created the WO-2 and if in case I start to enter the same customer and address system should suggest the customer name, address which is previously entered.
suggest the approach to achieve this?

Would Auto complete control sourced from Data Page work for it.
As you start typing, it will match the records and display accordingly.

Are you referring to browser auto fill functionality? if yes, you may be need to write a custom control to achieve it.
Else you need to modify the configuration of text input to use autocomplete instead.

Yes, it sounds like using an autocomplete for the name field would be appropriate. Then you could potentially set up a cascading feature where upon change of the autocomplete, you could populate the address fields if known.
