We want to use ProcessStaleRobots to clean up the robotic operator status which has lost connection, but it seems doesn't work. Becuase the angent is set to Standard Mode by default, and the queue is always empty which means the agent will skip executing the activity everytime.
Does anyone know how to use it rightly ? Any advice will be appritiated.

I believe we have discussed this through private messages earlier. To benefit of others here is the summary:
This is considered as a bug and there is SR-C66505 to address this issue. There is already fix for Robot Manager 4 (just download currently published RM4 and import it). Fix for Robot Manager 5 is under construction.
Workaround for this problem is to create your own agent in Advanced mode which should call pzCleanupStaleRoboticOperators activity.
