Does Pega supports Secure Files for Oracle instead of BLOB
For Pega PRPC 6.3 SP1 version oracle is the back end. Oracle has a concept called secure files. Does pega supports secure files instead of BLOB ?

In theory it should not matter to Pega whether you use secure files or basic files for your blob storage. However, we have seen issues with secure files, especially in versions of Oracle prior to Proprietary information hidden. Please see this article for some recommendations when using secure files. You can also google this high number of busy waits related to secure files to see more details of the issue symptons.

Hi Marissa, Would like to know is there any update on the Enhancement Request since our client is also interested in implementing SecureFiles for the Pega applications running on 6.1sp2.
