Does Pega support for Microsoft Graph REST API ?

Hi All,

Our organization discontinued access to O365 mailbox via IMAP.

We are not able to read email from Pega email listeners now.

O365 team has suggested us to use Microsoft Graph REST APIs for reading and sending emails.

Do pega have any plan to include support for Ms REST API in any of its version.

Is there any hotfix available so that we can enable email listeners again? Are there any other way this can be fixed

We are currently using Pega 7.4

Pega 8.4 supports Microsoft graph out of the box in email account configuration rule.

The product road map question should go to account manager/product management. Obviously you can build your own as per your use cases as Pega Connect-REST can call MS Graph REST APIs.

Hello Mahesh, As per my knowledge , I dont think you require any specific pega capability from pega 7.3 versioon  or earlier to connect to microsoft grap rest apis, Like any other rest sources  you need to connect them from pega and perform operations.

That's correct, We can create our own code to handle emails, but it will be like recreating email listeners functionality
