Does Pega 7.2 is compatible with Java 6?

Does Pega 7.2 is compatible with Java 6?

Currently we are running Pega 6.2 using Java 6 . Kindly confirm can we install Pega 7.2 using Java 6 without any issues ?

Hi Vamsi,

It does not look like Java 6 is supported. Please take a look into the Platform Support Guide to verify the supported versions!

Platform Support Guide for Pega 7 versions

I found the above information on Page 10.
