We have a requirement to generate word document at the end of a case.

We are able to display most properties without issue, however when we try to include a picklist property sourced from a data page, the value being displayed in the output document is the property for value, rather than the property value we have chosen to display for the user.

This is causing confusion for business when they open the document as they are seeing the code value we are storing for decisions.

Any assistance would be appreciated
