Document upload functionality for each row in a repeating grid.

Hi,

We have a requirement where we have a temporary work object, in which we have a repeating grid showing some data from external DB. Now the requirement is, We need to have a document upload link for each of the row and document uploaded against each row should be attached to that particular row. Can we use the pc_attach table and link it using a custom unique key.

You cant attach a document on a row . Do you mean that you want to show the attachment name against that row of the grid ?

If yes then a good point to start with will be to explore the design done in Pega Pulse. Check this section pxPulseGadgetInner

Via Pega Pulse you can attach file/ link and that gets displayed as part of a repeat grid. It also has the functionality to automatically attach the file or link to the workobject.
