Do we have OOTB capability to convert word docs in a PDF?
The customer has a requirement to convert word documents to PDF in Pgea, Looking for any OOTB way to implement this stuff? Instead of creating Custom API

There are HTMLtoPDF activities which use the PD4ML jar to create PDFs. That is a common one, but as the name implies does not use Word as the source. If you absolutely need to use Word as the source, there is a very old feature that uses ActiveX and an Amyuni driver. That might work for you, but it will introduce a lot of logistical hurdles introducing these client side requirements.

There arent any open source tools to convert docx to pdf. Plutext/docx4j provides an api to convert docx to pdf, but this is not part of existing pega platform.
Only way is to use htmltopdf, for this you have to populate your data as html and use the api. Thanks.
