In order to overcome some caching between from one node to another, I have executed the below DDL scripts. After executing the DDL's and restarting the server the data transform is not displayed correctly.

Why are you truncating those tables? You should never need to do that unless you are instructed to by GCS to address a specific issue. Even then, I don't think you'd generally want to truncate all of those tables at once, just a subset related to your problem. Did you take a DB backup before doing that? I don't know what specifically left you in that state, but my guess would be it's static content related since your screen shot looks like you've lost the style sheets. But that's not really my area of expertise, so it's just a guess. I'd start by restoring your backup and then address the other issue, possibly via an SR (without knowing your version or more specific details, I can't really give you guidance there. Confirming that your nodes are connected in the same hazelcast cluster and that the system pulse is running are usually good places to start).

I took a db back up and have to restore as well. I did refer to the https://community.pega.com/support/support-articles/data-transform-rule-not-displaying-properly URL , but could not find how to delete the CSS from database. I did delete the extract_marker file so all the temporary directory gets deleted.
