Display Property Value in QR Code

Hi,

We have requirement to generate QR code in the PDF document and the QR should be able to display some fields (separated by comma). I can redirect to specific URL via QR code but not sure if showing values from clipboard page during QR code scanning is possible. Could you please suggest?
