Display Error Message on UI

Hi All,

I am using a section in a Harness where i need to show the datapage in a table so i configured a data page in the table and provided the ability to add the record. I am having an issue while user is trying to enter duplicate record i am unable to show that error message on UI. I tried showing modal dialog and placing error sections in UI nothing helped. Any thoughts?

Hi Srinivasa,

 

Can you try using page set message using an activity on a when condition.

Hi, 

How are you setting the error message ? If on click you are running some rules then it will need a refresh action to load the error message on screen.  Can you try adding the refresh this section and try once ?

I am setting the page set message in activity and trying to refresh the section where i want to display the error message but i am seeing below error. I have also added the activity please take a look
