Difference between Primary. vs TOP.

How to decide when to choose Primary. And TOP. In activity.

Hi Ramesh,
It depends on your requirement completely.
Lets say, you have main flow and you are calling an activity A in it and again activity B is being called from A.
If you want to map some properties on the page where B activity is executing, then we will select Primary.
And If you want to map some properties on the page where main flow is executing, then we will select Top (refers to pyWorkPage mostly in flow case execution).

Primary always refers to the page context under which your current rule is being executed. When the primary page is an embedded page ( MyTopLevelPage.MyEmbbeddedPage), then TOP always refers to the top level page of your current page context (in this case MyTopLevelPage). If there are multiple levels, it always refers to the TOP most.

primary: In the context of an activity, refers to the primary page of that activity.
top :In the context of an embedded page, identifies the top-level page to which the current embedded page belongs.
