Deployment Manager is failing with errors

Hi,

We are getting below error and deployment manager is failing to deploy the product.

ERROR Deploy task failed. Reason: Error creating Restoration pointCaught unhandled exception: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out 2020-06-18 08:43:43,938 [DM release administrator] [ServiceRequestFW] [ServiceRequestFW01.01.01] [ServiceRequestFW_010101_196] INFO Task Deploy got ERROR. Start time:2020-06-18 08:43:13, End time:2020-06-18 08:43:43, Time taken:0.50 mins

We started seeing this issue recently, otherwise it use to work with out any issues. Does anyone faced similar issues ?

Versions:

Deployment Manager : Pega Deployment Manager 4.5

PRPC: Pega Platform 8.2.6

Hi Surendra,

Can you run pipeline diagnostics to check if there are any errors in the pipeline configuration. The read timeout indicates that there is probably an issue with network connectivity between your environments. Is this issue consistent or are you seeing this sporadically.
