Sure, all of our course have a number of demos in them as they are working systems.  In addition, if you are looking for user interface demos you can find them by using the UI Gallery.  Depending on the version of Pega you are using it will be located in different places on the menu bars.  In Pega 8 you can find examples in Dev Studio on the Configure > User Interface > Gallery > UI elements menu option.
