Delete customer Data

When the customer clicks on cancel booking button all his data that is stored the data base has to get delete. I'm using an activity with obj-open and obj-delete ,but it is not working.

If you want to delete complete case instance data you should not only delete work-, history- but also you need to delete all case instance support data including attachment, assignments, and etc.
