Declare expression does not appear in declarative network

Hi. I'm not able to see a declare expression I created, in the Declarative Network. I'm able to see the previously created ones. What could be the reason?

Can you run Tracer when refreshing the landing page? In Tracer, make sure the DB Query event type is enabled and then check the query to see what criteria is causing your declare expression to be excluded.
