Debugging Pega0031
After upgrading to Pega7 we are seeing thousands of PEGA0031 alerts per day. Prior to our upgrade we were getting less than 100 per day.
When referencing this article: https://community.pega.com/sites/default/files/help_v718/procomhelpmain.htm the below is mentioned:
"Note: If the Trace List setting is not enabled for alerts generation, enable it for troubleshooting with this alert. You may wish to set this entry higher than the default to get more depth of information. The Trace List option can be resource-intensive, and you may wish to reset it to the default value of 5 after troubleshooting."
Where do I find this Trace List setting? If in prconfig, what is the syntax for setting it? What are the values other than 5?

Can you add the following two prconfig settings and then check if the alerts have the trace list?
<env name="trace/requestorlistsize" value="50" />
<env name="trace/requestormaxdata" value="256" />
You can delete these after debugging. The documentation referencing a default of 5 is out of date.
