Date picker increment/decrements UI is broken after upgrade to prpc 7.3.1
See below image, up/down arrow in month and year field is broken.

Hello, try to add py-icons.css to your skin. That worked for us.

This icons are actually coming from a font family. Trace this with fiddler when you load the overlay and note if you see any static content requests failed. (Clear browser cache before doing so)
If you see no such failures, then use the style inspector and see what class/font is currently associated with the arrows. And check/uncheck for any overrides.
