Date Format Issue in Report Definition
Hello All,
I have a Report Definition which has pxUPdateDateTime as a Column. When I run this RD I can see the value in this format: 29/01/2020 08:46
However, when I use this Report as a source in my Data Page I get the value as in this format:
20200129T134646.039 GMT
Also, when I download Excel using Export to Excel(which uses the same report) the date comes in below format.
20200129T134646.039 GMT
How can I get Data in Excel in below format:
29/01/2020 08:46
I have tried using Export_DateTime HTML to provide custom format but that didnt work.
I am using MSOGenerateExcelFile Activity.

In the Response Data Transform of Data Page, we can loop through the results and format date for "pxUpdateDateTime". by using FormatDateTime function.

I think you might face the Date property issue, Is it possible to set the formatted date value to another property which is Text type and use it?
Are you facing any other issues by using the Response Data Transform?

Use @(Pega-RULES:DateTime).FormatDateTime("20120606T162504.370 GMT", "dd/MM/yyyy HH:mm a", "", null) function in response DT and set the value in TestDateTime property which is of string type. Then in Data page you will be able to see the desired format.
