Is there any course for learning usage of strategy and offerflow shape within Dataflow and use the strategy result in some activity

It is not very clear for me from your post what exactly you would like to achive.
Currently we have few modules where different things about data flows are explained. Note that the majority of our learning modules are for consultants and not system architects.
