Data Type is not opening

Hi,

After we upgraded our application to new 8.1 the data type is not opening, i am seeing the attached screen only.

Do you see any activity failures in tracer or JS errors in the console? Is this behavior with all data types? Are you able to create a new data type in 8.1?
