Data Page - Differentiation between manual run and process run

Is there a way to differentiate between the manual run of a data page and the run of data page through process. We have a data page being called in application from multiple pieces but we want to identify if data page has been run by someone manually.

You can collect two tracer logs (same setting) by running data page manually and through process. 

By comparing them, you will see if there are any differences.

I tried to compare both the tracers but could not find significant difference. Is there any specific property/parameter which depicts that data page has been run manually or through process.
