Data not loading in PR_DATA_IH_FACT

Few records that are showing status as processed in IH_SYNC_DATA_IN are not loaded in to PR_DATA_IH_FACT table.In an ideal situation, records initially are in ready state. These are first loaded to PR_DATA_IH_FACT and then the status is updated to processed. The agent that runs in the background to enable this functionality is running regularly at 5 sec intervals without any issue.
