Data Flow Implementation In Pega Without CDH Framework

Hi Eveyone,

We are using Pega 8.8.5 version.  In our application, we don't have CDH Framework.Can we still use dataflow in our implementations?

 Could anyone please help me to understand this any help is appreciated.
