Hi all,

I’m trying to customize the SLA message displayed when opening a work object. Instead of showing the default text like “18 hours from now”, I want it to display a more descriptive message such as:

“The goal time to take action on this work is 18 hours.”

To achieve this, I edited the Perform harness and tried to configure a section or data transform to modify the SLA text. However, I’m getting an error while implementing this change.

Could someone please guide me on:

• The correct approach or best practice to customize the SLA display message in the harness?

• Where exactly this customization should be done (section, data transform, or control)?

• Any examples or references to handle SLA goal/deadline wording dynamically?
