I recently upgraded to a new system, which has the Windows Display setting 'Make text and other items larger or smaller' been set to 'Medium - 125%' as the default.
However, with this setting, the automations appear cluttered - with the size of the controls being oversized and overlapped with each other and becomes hard to read and debug. When I change the setting 'Make text and other items larger or smaller' been set to 'Smaller - 100%', then it appears to be normal as with my previous system (that has 'Smaller - 100%' as default).
My problem is with changing to 100%, then reduces the size of my other windows applications and it becomes hard to read. Is there a way to customize (in my case to reduce) the size of the controls/text size for OpenSpan only? Zoom in/out does not help me.
I also tried changing the 'Fonts and Colors' setting in the IDE, but it has no effect. Any suggestions?
The way to handle this on a form is to set the AutoScaleMode. If you are concerned about the screen DPI changing, then set the AutoScaleMode to Dpi. It is set to Font by default. Autoscaling can be determined by either Font or Dpi but not both.
